The following suggestions define what is causing the distorted picture or out of sync video and audio when using the Screen Mirroring feature of your TV.
- The Screen Mirroring feature uses the 2.4 GHz frequency signal for the wireless connection. Since this frequency encounters a lot of interference and noisy environments, packet collision will sometimes occur. Even though we have implemented noise-reducing countermeasures to improve the image quality, our TV software cannot guarantee that there is no packet loss during transmissions.
- Wireless devices, such as a router, cordless phone, wireless TV receiver, radio, wireless camera, Bluetooth device, or microwave, emit strong radio waves that may disrupt Screen Mirroring performance.
We recommend that these wireless devices be placed far from the TV and mobile phone while performing Screen Mirroring.
- Please try another mobile device or restart the device if the connection is lost or if you feel unsatisfied with the connection.
