How can I restore the sound when connecting BlueTooth and the Handsfree Profile at the same time with Telenav, Pandora or iPod set as source and an iPhone connected with USB?

There is no sound coming from the head unit because the audio system output coming from the iPhone switches to Bluetooth.

You can restore the sound by disconnecting the USB cable, and reconnecting it.
