Change the sound Quality Mode setting on the Headphones Connect app
The headset has a feature for switching the sound quality mode. Switch the sound quality mode to Priority on stable connection to see if this stops sound skipping or noise.
NOTE: If you are using a playback device that is compatible with the AAC (Advanced Audio Coding) codec used on iPhones and other Apple products, set the sound quality mode to Priority on sound quality.
How to set the sound quality mode using the dedicated app Headphones Connect:

Tracks with high audio quality take up more file capacity because they contain more information. Due to this, they cause a greater burden when using Bluetooth communications. Switching the sound quality mode can reduce the communications burden.
