Andrzej Rajkowski is a 39 year old director of photography, multicamera director, cinematographer of documentary films, music videos, TV commercials and shows. He graduated the Lodz film school and is a scholarship holder in applied sciences from Vaasa university in Finland. He has worked professionally with Sony for 15 years, starting with analogue Betacam systems before moving on to DVCAM, Digital Betacam and XDCAM SD/HD, and now shoots on the F55, FS5, FS7, FX9, Venice and Alpha cameras. He specialises in working in difficult and extreme shooting conditions, often directing his own documentary films. In recent years he has conducted media training for people appearing in front of the camera in public. He has won several awards for his cinematographic achievements (e.g. Polish Television, Yach Film Festival) and in his spare time he likes nothing better than shooting stills and videos with his trusted RX100.
