    Select your model:

    Where is the model name located on my product?

    The model name and serial number are located on the bottom or back of the unit.

    If you cannot find your model:

    Follow the steps below to find your product manual.

    1. Go to the Sony Support website and enter your model name in the search bar.
    2. Select your model name to open the product page.
    3. You can find your product manual (Operating Instructions or Help Guide) just below the Manuals or Manuals & Warranty tab.
